Everything you need to know before you book.
Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license. A major credit or debit card is required for the security deposit. You'll also sign a rental agreement at pickup — takes just a few minutes.
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Full payment is collected at pickup. No deposit is required when submitting a booking inquiry online.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your rental for a full refund or free reschedule. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. Just give us a call and we'll do our best to work with you.
Every rental comes with a DOT-approved helmet, a safety briefing, GPS pre-loaded with scenic routes, 24/7 roadside assistance, and professional vehicle cleaning before your ride.
No motorcycle license required. The Polaris Slingshot is classified as an autocycle in Florida — a standard driver's license is all you need. Minimum age is 25.
